AngE™ COMPLETE
AngE™ COMPLETE is a comprehensive vascular diagnostic system designed to evaluate arterial and venous circulation, micro- and macrocirculation, and vascular functions together. Thanks to its modular structure, it brings together different measurement and analysis methods on a single platform.
With pneumatic cuffs, optical sensors, ultrasonic Doppler probes, and advanced software support, it helps determine the level of circulatory disorders, assess vascular condition in detail, and report results quickly.
Core Diagnostic Features
AngE™ COMPLETE enables efficient localization of occlusion levels by performing measurements simultaneously at 8 different cuff positions using 8-channel segmental oscillography. With the ability to record 8 channels at the same time, pulse wave parameters can be automatically calculated within approximately 45 seconds.
PWI™ (Pulse Wave Index) is a clear and sensitive parameter based on pulse wave morphology, helping determine the severity of blood flow disorders in a much shorter time.
With ECG-triggered recording, Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurements can be performed. This allows a more comprehensive evaluation of vascular structure and functional circulation.
Arterial Assessments
AngE™ COMPLETE performs Doppler ABI measurements using 8 MHz or 4 MHz Doppler probes. This method enables vessel-specific blood flow evaluation and recording.
The ultrasonic Doppler system, when used with pneumatic cuffs, allows Doppler pressure measurements across up to 16 channels. Doppler indices can be collectively displayed in a dedicated overview report.
With the OPO module, optical pulse oscillography can be used to assess blood flow in fingers and toes and perform arterial pressure measurements.
Optical sensors placed on fingers or toes enable easy evaluation of arterial circulation disorders such as Raynaud’s disease or Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS).
Venous Assessments
AngE™ COMPLETE evaluates venous status of the legs using venous occlusion plethysmography (VOP) while the patient is in a supine position. Tests such as Reactive Hyperaemia Test and Dynamic Venous Air Plethysmography can be performed using only cuffs.
Measurements with venous air plethysmography (Air VVP) are also performed using cuffs alone, eliminating the need for mercury-filled strain gauge systems.
The AngE Phlebo module automatically calculates pump volume (V0), venous filling time (T0), and venous half-refilling time (T50). Results are presented with a simple traffic light display, enabling quick evaluation of venous valve insufficiency.
Circulatory and Functional Analyses
AngE™ COMPLETE evaluates both micro- and macrocirculation, providing a comprehensive analysis of circulation. These measurements help predict wound healing outcomes.
Circulation can be recorded after passive and active stress tests. Exercises such as knee bends and toe raises allow more effective evaluation of circulatory functions.
Reporting and Software
AngE™ COMPLETE provides all key vascular data on a single page with a one-click report structure.
The system comes with comprehensive software compatible with both macOS and Windows. This software supports clinical workflow with features such as patient management, measurement analysis, and DICOM and HL7 integration.
Modular Structure and Flexibility
Thanks to its modular design, AngE™ COMPLETE offers a flexible system that can be configured according to specific needs. This structure ensures compatibility with current requirements while also providing a future-proof investment advantage.
